Job summary

The Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County seeks an IT Project Manager to lead technology projects within Court Technology Services. You will plan, execute, and deliver initiatives across SaaS, infrastructure, and cross‑agency integrations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery, collaborating with CTS staff, courts, vendors, and contractors.

The role requires 3+ years managing IT projects, a relevant degree, and strong communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years leading IT projects or IT business analysis with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
  • PMP/PRINCE2/CSM/PMI-ACP/SAFe certifications are a plus.
  • Experience delivering web, mobile, or SaaS projects in public-sector environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.

Projects align with Judicial Branch priorities, strategic goals, and business mandates, and span custom application development, SaaS implementations, infrastructure modernization, and cross-agency integrations.
