  • RFID and Serialization Implementation: Lead the RFID, serialization, and authentication project, coordinating hardware, software, data, integration, and business-process workstreams.
  • Requirements and Process Management: Facilitate workshops and document business requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and the lifecycle of serialized products from creation through sale, return, repair, replacement, and retirement.
  • Risk, Change, and Decision Management: Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests; resolve routine blockers and elevate material risks or decisions to the Director of Information Technology.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Lead project meetings, assign and follow up on action items, manage vendor deliverables, and coordinate work across Commercial Systems, Business Systems, Integrations, department stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Testing, Launch, and Adoption: Develop test and launch plans; coordinate user acceptance testing, pilots, training, cutover, communications, adoption, post-launch stabilization, and operational handoff.
  • Reporting, Documentation, and Improvement: Prepare status reports and project records, maintain process and support documentation, capture lessons learned, and manage other Information Technology projects as assigned.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing technology projects, systems implementations, application enhancements, or related cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, change requests, decisions, and status reporting.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methods and project-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, coordinating user acceptance testing, and managing releases, cutovers, or implementation launches.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor-management skills, with the ability to lead meetings, establish accountability, and coordinate global teams and time zones.
  • Working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data flows, system dependencies, data-quality concepts, and common testing practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting and professional meeting communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
