Job summary

Jacques Marie Mage, a Los Angeles-based luxury eyewear producer, is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support the product development team. You will assist the design team in creating prototypes and samples of new products, trims, and packaging, and work closely with supply chain to onboard new vendors.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to track artwork and samples, manage deadlines, and maintain BOMs and product life cycle in the system.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Head of Product Development and Product Development Manager.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to track artwork and samples.
• Ensure all developments meet calendar deadlines - collaborate with appropriate teams.
• Work directly with vendors on development for sample tracking and maintaining deadlines.
• Follow-up regarding sample timing and product management - communicate any changes and updates affecting deadlines.
• Manage and update BOMs and product life cycle in system.

About the Role

Jacques Maire Mage is in search of a Product Development Coordinator who will support the product development team. You will assist the design team in the creation of prototypes and samples of new products, trims, and packaging. You will work closely with the supply chain team to coordinate the onboarding of new vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Head of Product Development and Product Development Manager

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, PLM experience is a plus
