Job summary

• Under supervision, help define project scope, timelines and deliverables; coordinate with software developers and technical teams to track progress.
• Assist in monitoring project status, documenting risks, and preparing status reports; support development and maintenance of project documentation.
• Track implementation of software and hardware updates, upgrades, and system changes; identify and document technical issues and escalate as needed.
