Job summary

Hansen Talent Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead multiple technology initiatives and oversee the full project lifecycle in a hybrid role in Columbia, SC. The position requires onsite work Tuesday through Thursday, coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and management to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will develop plans, manage risks, provide status updates, and ensure documentation meets audit standards while maintaining clear communication

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects from planning through implementation and business acceptance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk plans, status reports, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate resources, assignments, timelines, and deliverables to meet objectives.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and management.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders at various levels.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor milestones and adjust plans for changing priorities and requirements.
• Ensure project documentation adheres to PM standards and audits.
• Proactively resolve issues that could impact timelines, resources, scope, or deliverables.

Hansen Talent Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead multiple technology initiatives supporting business operations. This is ahybrid position in Columbia, SC, requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects throughout the full project lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to established standards.

Duties:

• Lead multiple IT projects from initial planning through implementation and business acceptance.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk plans, status reports, and supporting project documentation.

• Coordinate project resources, assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to scope.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and documentation.

• Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project resources.

• Strong project planning, risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present project status to multiple levels of stakeholders.

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• PMP certification is a plus, but not required.

• Experience supporting Medicare or healthcare-related technology initiatives is a plus.
