Job summary

CEI in Columbia, SC is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee IT initiatives with a focus on coordination, status reporting, and adherence to PM processes. The role requires delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality, while ensuring stakeholder communication and audit-ready documentation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage plans and risks, and maintain project documentation in a hybrid work setting on a 12-month contract to hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience.
• 2 years of related experience plus an associate’s degree acceptable.
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation.
• Identifies items that impact scope, budget, risk, and resources; monitors resource requirements.
• Develops, executes, and maintains project communications with stakeholders and teams.
• Identifies issues and manages them through the project life cycle; communicates changes to stakeholders.
• Ensures all work efforts have documentation for audit purposes per ISSM standards.
