Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas in Charlotte, NC seeks a contract Project Manager to lead the implementation and configuration of diverse systems and solutions. You will engage stakeholders and collaborate with business users to define scope and timelines, forming and executing plans across geographies and domains.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple material projects and direct cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and strong knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall).
• Experience handling complex projects in banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into project goals.
• Proven risk management mindset and compliance culture.
