• PMP certification required or preferred.
• Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall).
• Prior experience in banking sector handling complex projects.
• Contribute to risk culture by owning risk management responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated compliance culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders in discussions of the business situation and strategy.
• Work with the business users to define the project scope and timelines.
• Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams across geographies and domains.
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple related material projects.
• Lead and direct the work of resources that may be functionally aligned across projects.
