Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology implementation initiatives from planning through delivery. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management, enterprise project experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps, and other PM tools. Experience in financial services or capital markets preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and project reporting.
• Experience working with both business and technology teams.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and decisions.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, risks, and next steps to leadership.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, rollout, and business readiness activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance materials.
• Identify blockers, drive resolutions, and keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and delivery expectations.
