Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT project management experience delivering business apps or technology initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, dependencies, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Kanban and quarterly planning is a plus; no framework certification required.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, roadmap, dependencies, and budgeted hours for assigned projects across initiatives.
• Plan and track work in Jira as the single source of truth for status, dates, and blockers.
• Participate in quarterly planning with leadership; manage priority and scope; escalate conflicts as needed.
• Serve as intake owner for technology requests from business functions without a domain lane; lead discovery and define scope.
