Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as lead project and process manager for assigned customers and units.
• Deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and in scope.
• Plan and develop a project portfolio aligned to the IT roadmap.
• Manage schedules, budget, resources, communications, issues, risks, and status reports.
• Map current and future state business processes to identify improvements.
• Design, build, and implement third-party and custom applications, systems, and services.
• Administer assigned systems and services using appropriate tools.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Document, coordinate, and participate in planning, scheduling, and UAT testing.
• Review new systems and workflows for potential adoption.
• Share knowledge on new technologies with stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Provide timely, responsive support to assigned units.
