Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory or team lead experience.
• PMI/PRINCE2/CSM/SAFe certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading Agile software delivery (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience delivering web, mobile, or SaaS projects in public sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate multiple applications across development, deployment, and support.
• Manage SOWs and vendor contracts; monitor budget and schedule.
• Ensure risk management and stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle.
