Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Project Manager & Support Engineer to lead IT projects, provide advanced technical support, and improve operational processes across our hospitals. The role collaborates with the ITS Deployment team, stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to deliver initiatives and establish repeatable workflows.

The position also assists with IT purchasing and serves as an escalation resource for complex issues, supporting a growing internal service desk as processes

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise IT projects across locations.
• Strong troubleshooting across end-user computing, software, networking.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute ITS projects from planning through deployment.
• Develop project plans, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate technical resources, stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and third-party providers.
• Partner with deployment specialists on larger initiatives while owning smaller projects.
• Support migrations, deployments, system upgrades, and other technology initiatives.
• Provide advanced hands-on technical support during deployments and incidents.
