  • Assess IT Readiness: Lead pre-implementation IT evaluations for hospitals, validating survey responses to identify technical gaps, infrastructure needs, and remediation requirements.
  • Track & Resolve Issues: Maintain accurate readiness statuses (Ready, At Risk, Remediation Required) and collaborate across teams to resolve technical roadblocks before go-live.
  • Project Management & Reporting: Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and manage risks in Smartsheet. Escalate threats to launch dates and provide regular status updates as the IT readiness lead.
  • Documentation & Cost Tracking: Maintain precise records of hardware inventories, network configurations, readiness statuses, and project-related costs.

  • Coordinate Equipment Procurement: Identify hardware shortages and oversee the procurement, staging, deployment, and testing of required equipment.
  • Peripheral Setup & Troubleshooting: Validate, install, and troubleshoot critical peripherals, including label printers, scanners, and document printers.
Data Migration & Integration Support
  • Prepare Legacy Systems: Verify legacy Practice Management Systems (PIMS) accessibility, secure required credentials, configure remote access, and perform system backups ahead of data migration.
  • Validate Third-Party Integrations: Ensure the readiness and compatibility of PACS, radiology systems, and other third-party integrations.
Onsite & Go-Live Support
  • Execute Onsite Deployments: Perform hands-on onsite assessments, inventory audits, hardware installations, and network or ISP upgrades.
