Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a large enterprise IT organization by coordinating project intake, maintaining Jira governance, managing project tracking, and driving communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across SAP, HR IT, Finance, and Supply Chain.

This position is 4x a week onsite and pays between $47–$52 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of IT Project Coordinator or Technical Project Coordinator experience.
• Strong Jira expertise including boards, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and governance.
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams.
• Understanding of full project lifecycle including discovery, execution, testing, and go-live support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
• PMO operations experience.
• Process optimization and workflow improvement experience.
• Experience supporting SAP, HR IT, Finance, or Supply Chain initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT intake processes and project requests across enterprise technology teams.
• Manage intake requests through discovery, approval, and project handoff phases.
• Maintain Jira boards, epics, stories, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Track project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and overdue actions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery sessions.
• Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to drive project execution.
• Create status reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Coordinate communication across project phases and cross-functional teams.
• Support PMO governance, prioritization processes, and project lifecycle management.
• Maintain enterprise-wide project tracking and prioritization views.
• Facilitate standups, program reviews, intake meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
