Job summary

Bailey Information Technology, LLC (BIT, LLC) supports the United States Capitol Police, Office of Information Services in Washington, DC. The Project Coordinator / Business Analyst (Junior PM) role focuses on requirements gathering, backlog management, and coordinating Agile/Waterfall ceremonies within a PMO.

You will work with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to support IT project delivery, maintain documentation, schedule activities, and prepare status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
• Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Teams Planner, and Planner Premium.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements gathering and user story development.
• Support Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, Teams.
• Prepare schedules, status reports, agendas, and action logs.
• Coordinate meetings and capture meeting notes.
• Support PMO governance activities including risk/issue tracking.
• Provide stakeholder updates and reporting inputs.
• Perform general PMO support and data entry.
