Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to assess baselines and develop improvement strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills for IT deficiencies.
• Experience with IT portfolio management, including reporting for executives.
• Familiarity with documenting milestones and maintaining roadmaps for IT projects.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Visio, and MS-Project for portfolio tracking and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess baselines and ensure alignment with goals.
• Apply best practices to create business models and select application packages.
• Analyze IT portfolio status and develop reports for executive staff.
• Identify IT gaps and recommend strategies for IT improvements.
• Define and document milestones with Portfolio Managers and update regularly.
• Develop two to three year roadmaps for portfolio management.
• Support functional area strategies to enhance IT capabilities.
