Location:

Onsite, Nashville, TN with 25-50% travel to Hopkinsville, KY

Shift:

Morning 7:30 am - 4:00 pm CST unless project requires different shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of strategic technology initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role will partner with project managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, track action items, and ensure project deliverables stay on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience supporting multiple concurrent projects, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or regulated environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Administration
  • Support multiple IT projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item registers.
  • Track project status and follow up on overdue deliverables.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), status reports, and governance materials.
  • Assist with preparation of executive presentations and steering committee updates.
  • Ensure project artifacts are complete, organized, and audit-ready.
  • Support project budget tracking and invoice reconciliation activities.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate project activities across business, IT, engineering, operations, and third-party partners.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between teams.
  • Monitor project action items and elevate risks or blockers when necessary.
  • Support vendor onboarding, site access, and project logistics.
Deployment Support
  • Coordinate deployment readiness activities and cutover planning.
  • Support training coordination and post-go-live hypercare activities.
  • Travel to Hopkinsville, KY to support project workshops, testing, deployments, and production startup activities.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial technology projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
  • PMP, CAPM, or project management certification preferred.
