Job summary

Cyberobotix LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking an IT Program Manager to independently lead IT projects and moderately complex programs from planning through delivery. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to manage scope, timelines, risks, readiness, and outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing and managing project plans, coordinating governance and status reporting, and ensuring successful go-live activities with post-launch stabilization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects or enterprise IT initiatives with clear delivery outcomes.
• Ability to translate business needs into delivery plans, milestones, and success criteria.
• Strong facilitation and communication across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT projects or moderately complex programs from planning through delivery and stabilization.
• Develops and manages scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and communication plans.
• Partners with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners to align on priorities and delivery expectations.
• Facilitates governance routines, meetings, status reporting, and escalation discussions.
• Tracks progress and proactively manages risks and trade-offs to protect delivery.
• Coordinates business readiness, testing (SIT, UAT), training, go-live prep, and post-launch stabilization.
• Supports vendor and SI management by tracking deliverables, timelines, and SOW commitments.
• Contributes to PMO process improvements and delivery standards.
