Qualifications

• BS/BA in computer science, IT, or similar field with 4+ years in IT in pharma or regulated environment
• Master’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience (if applicable)
• Ability to communicate technical information to all levels within the organization
• Knowledge of web apps, EDM systems and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Microsoft stack and web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript)
• Understanding of regulatory, validation and compliance requirements in biotech/pharma environments
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to moderately complex IT initiatives under supervision
• Help deliver defined business outcomes and measure value realization
• Translate objectives into detailed project plans and milestones
• Ensure regulatory and validation compliance throughout project execution
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align with roadmaps and technology plans
• Prepare and maintain project and portfolio reporting for steering committees
• Support demand intake and cross-functional collaboration with IT partners
