Job summary

GC&E Federal is seeking a Site Manager to support our government Information Technology program with our Fort Jackson client. The Site Manager will ensure the successful operations and maintenance of the GC&E contract, serving as the on-site single point of contact.

Key responsibilities include organizing the service delivery model and being the primary liaison to the Fort Jackson Network Enterprise Center (NEC).

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required for program access.
• Experience leading TO/contract work of similar scope and complexity.
• Understanding of C4IM services and response times.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the service delivery model; serve as primary contact to Fort Jackson NEC.
• Ensure services are delivered with high customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities per the PWS and train GC&E personnel as needed.
• Prioritize, organize, schedule, and allocate resources for PWS and projects.
• Act as on-site authority for Fort Jackson NEC TO contract.
• Oversee TO contract deliverables and quality control.
