Job summary

GC&E Federal is seeking a Site Manager to support our government Information Technology program with our Fort Jackson client. The Site Manager will ensure the successful operations and maintenance of the GC&E contract, serving as the on-site single point of contact.

Key responsibilities include organizing the service delivery model and being the primary liaison to the Fort Jackson Network Enterprise Center (NEC).

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required for program access.
• Experience leading TO/contract work of similar scope and complexity.
• Understanding of C4IM services and response times.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the service delivery model; serve as primary contact to Fort Jackson NEC.
• Ensure services are delivered with high customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities per the PWS and train GC&E personnel as needed.
• Prioritize, organize, schedule, and allocate resources for PWS and projects.
• Act as on-site authority for Fort Jackson NEC TO contract.
• Oversee TO contract deliverables and quality control.

GC&E Federal is seeking a Site Manager to who will work within our team to support our government Information Technology (IT) program with our Fort Jackson client. As the Site Manager you will ensure the successful operations and maintenance of the GC&E contract.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Function

• Responsible for organizing and maintaining our service delivery model; serving as the primary point of contact to the Fort Jackson Network Enterprise Center (NEC).
• Ensuring all services provided by GC&E are delivered with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and direct all day-to-day activities required by the performance work statement (PWS) and to take whatever actions are necessary to manage and train GC&E personnel to ensure all services are performed on time and of required quality.
• Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, scheduling, and ensuring sufficient resources are scheduled daily to support PWS and special project requirements.
• Serves as the local management authority and the on-site single point of contact for the Fort Jackson NEC.
• Responsible for the management and coordination of all work under the Fort Jackson NEC TO contract.
• Responsible for the overall management, coordination, quality, work safety, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and effectiveness of all functional support provided by our team.
• Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, scheduling, and assigning all work activities, response actions, maintenance items and projects IAW the PWS.
• Responsible for ensuring the development, review, and submission of all TO contract deliverables.
• Provides SME consultation to the Fort Jackson NEC regarding life-cycle management and/or modernization efforts of their communications systems and infrastructure.
• Ensures all staff remain technically proficient, maintain certifications, and receive all necessary training to comply with TO contract / PWS requirements.
• Responsible for implementing quality control standards and inspections.
• Maintains day-to-day communications with our Fort Jackson TO contract leadership.
• Performs or directs site surveys to identify special project requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Predominantly indoors in normal office environment
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach
• Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
• May require frequent computer use for several hours at a time
• Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
• Must have visual acuity
• Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds

• Fort Jackson, SC– This is not a remote position. Local candidates only.

Experience:

• Must have 5 to 10 years’ experience leading TO / contracts similar in scope and complexity

Candidate Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• 5 to 10 years’ experience leading TO / contracts similar in scope and complexity
• Understanding C4IM Services List and Response Timeframes
• Understanding of I3A Standards
• Shall be qualified as both ISP and OSP Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technician, and shall perform site management, ISP and OSP duties.
• Shall have knowledge of voice, video, and data communications systems that the Contractor supports under this PWS.
• Site Manager shall be the Systems Administrator for the Forum Consortium conference server and the Telephone Management System (TMS) and shall be certified, as required, as of task order performance start.
