Qualifications

• Specialized experience at GS-13 level equivalent: experience with evaluating compliance, assigning tasks, and documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project proposals and cost estimates with input from J6 teams.
• Adhere to DoD lifecycle processes to meet DOD 5000.2 requirements.
• Follow DLA and DOD project management policies and practices.
• Facilitate needs analysis to define opportunities for business or IT infrastructure solutions.
• Provide advice on impacts, risks, and mitigation of software decisions.
• Provide IT project information control and liaison with DLA HQ or customers.
