Qualifications

• 15–17+ years IT experience with 7+ years in technical program management in pharma.
• Deep knowledge of US pharma regulations and cell therapy manufacturing.
• Experience with validation and CSV in regulated environments (GxP).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning IT, QA, regulatory, and manufacturing.
• Oversee integration across MES, LIMS, SAP, and scheduling systems.
• Drive validation strategy and CSV planning for complex digital systems.
• Ensure inspection readiness for regulatory submissions and audits.
• Engage vendors and manage project milestones and timelines.
