Qualifications

• 9+ years of related experience leading enterprise IT programs.
• US Citizenship required.
• Proven ability to engage senior customers and deliver strategic, mission-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to modernize IT operations, emphasize cloud adoption.
• Set objectives supporting enterprise IT operations per customer goals and contracts.
• Build senior-level customer relationships; be primary contact for the program.
• Manage and develop personnel ensuring high-quality delivery across IT disciplines.
• Lead planning and execution of enterprise IT services including network, systems, help desk.
• Oversee multiple projects across dispersed teams, aligned with mission needs.
• Drive performance management, quality control, and service improvements.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and modernization.
• Translate complex tech concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assign schedules, enforce standards, ensure staffing and resources align with goals.
