You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, drive governance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining focus on delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technical program or project management delivering cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall/hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers to ensure successful IT project delivery and business value.
• Develop a vision to improve PMO services and program delivery.
• Collaborate to standardize and improve PM processes across IT.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Lean, and Iterative approaches.
• Improve prioritization, estimation, planning, scheduling, and resourcing for projects.
• Maintain knowledge of PM, QA, hardware/infrastructure, and IT operations practices.
