• 8+ years of progressive IT Program Manager experience managing moderately complex IT projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage moderate to complex IT programs and projects in the Wood Products space from initiation to completion.
• Develop a program plan outlining scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities, track progress, and manage risks and issues.
• Oversee execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Build and guide a project/program team; provide direction and motivation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with executives, sponsors, and partners.
• Implement change management strategies and comprehensive communication plans.
• Define governance structures and regular reporting with milestones.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and provide status to stakeholders; drive continuous improvement.
