Job summary

Digineer is seeking a Program Manager to partner with client leaders, establish direction, and lead complex IT programs through implementation. You will connect business objectives to the program roadmap and create governance to enable timely, informed decisions.

You’ll define objectives, integrate plans, assess health, manage budgets, and guide project managers while coordinating with executives and vendors to deliver on commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering IT programs successfully.
• Strong budgeting and financial forecasting skills.
• Experience managing stakeholder and executive expectations.
• Ability to lead across project, delivery, and release management.
• Experience mentoring and guiding project managers.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and decisiveness.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, benefits, scope and delivery roadmap with client leaders.
• Integrate project plans, schedules, resources, and financial dependencies.
• Assess delivery health and recommend corrective actions.
• Establish governance with clear accountability, decisions and escalation paths.
• Manage program expenditures, forecasts, and estimates to complete.
• Identify risks, develop response strategies, and monitor effectiveness.
• Communicate status, issues, tradeoffs, and decisions to executives and steering committees.
• Guide project managers and connect their work to broader program objectives.
• Resolve conflicts across stakeholders, teams, and vendors.
• Integrate third party deliverables into the program plan.
• Manage formal change control and align practices with governance.
