Legent Health is seeking a Director of IT Project Management to bridge IT and the business, guiding the full project lifecycle and ensuring technology initiatives align with strategic objectives.

The role demands collaborative leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, governance support through the IT Steering Committee, and the ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives, including Power BI reporting and data‑driven decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, CS, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end IT project management for initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor milestones and risks.
• Apply PMI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to stay on time and within budget.
• Prepare executive-level documentation and reporting for governance forums.
