Washington State Patrol (WSP) seeks an ADSS Manager in the Information Technology Division to lead and operate mission critical software solutions. You will drive business value via client relationships, manage multi-agency projects, and advise senior leaders on development practices and IT operations.

The role requires 4+ years of senior IT and supervisory experience, strong MS Office/Visio/Project skills, and a hybrid work arrangement with some in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology (or a related field).
• Four (4) years of senior-level IT experience in a 24x7 enterprise environment.
• Four years of supervisory/management experience.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio, and Project.

Responsabilités

• Drive business value through customer and partner relationships.
• Manage stakeholder communications and track issues for multi-agency projects.
• Advise leadership on application development practices and IT operations.
• Design reliable, cost-effective services and plans.
• Develop feasibility studies and investment plans per WaTech policies.
• Assist in operational and technology planning and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate with Budget, Contracts, and Property Management teams.
