You will engage in software engineering projects across RAA offices, gaining hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support business operations.

You will collaborate with IT SMEs and mentors to ensure quality, scalability, and performance while experiencing cross-functional work across locations.

• Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems to support business operations across various departments.
• Identify and define system security requirements.
• Gather and define technical requirements for new software features and system enhancements.
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
• Configure, test, and debug software components and integrations, resolving issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
• Monitor application performance and system logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
• Document technical findings, development outcomes, and recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
