The IT Product Owner 2 manages and communicates the vision and roadmap for products to an Agile delivery team, aligning with IT standards and strategy. Their responsibilities are varied and often require interpretation and independent decision-making.
The IT Product Owner 2 represents the voice of the customer, owns the backlog prioritization in small, deliverable increments, and collaborates with stakeholders and delivery teams to build and maintain the product backlog. They contribute to shaping product direction, creating features, writing user stories, and fostering innovation. They understand organizational strategies and make decisions regarding their work methods, often in ambiguous situations, with minimal guidance.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and less than 5 years of technical experience.
This is a remote position; occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
