• Experience guiding agile product development and roadmaps.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Leads delivery of modern IT product solutions across Motion.
• Gathers customer requirements and informs product vision and strategy.
• Manages a high-performing agile product team with owners and analysts.
• Plans roadmaps with epics, features, enablers and user stories.
• Partners with internal teams and vendors to accelerate time-to-market.
• Monitors KPIs and reports progress on major initiatives monthly.
