Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks an experienced product leader to manage the full lifecycle of an application family, from strategy to launch. You will align business stakeholders, drive roadmap decisions, and oversee a portfolio of 3-5 mature products annually.

Ideal candidates have 11+ years IT experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of cloud, DevOps, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher in a IT-related field and substantial IT experience.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience managing application portfolios and technology products supporting critical business capabilities.
• Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS) and DevOps/CI/CD tools.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with iterative, agile, and scrum development.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and prioritize trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Owns full lifecycle management of an application family from strategy to deployment.
• Leads ideation, technical development, and launch of new products.
• Establishes a shared product vision with business stakeholders and prioritizes execution.
• Manages a portfolio of 3-5 applications per year.
