Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the full lifecycle management of an application family, from strategic planning to tactical execution. You will lead ideation, development, and launch of new products, aligning priorities with business unit stakeholders and delivering 3-5 stable projects per year.
The role demands strong experience in product strategy, roadmaps, cloud/SaaS, DevOps, integration patterns, agile/scrum, and building high-performing
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and 7+ years IT experience or 11+ years IT experience.
- 3 years management experience.
- Experience in full product lifecycle and roadmaps.
- Cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS) experience.
- DevOps/CI-CD knowledge (Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).
- Integration technologies and enterprise patterns.
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
- Leadership for high-performing teams.
- Ability to influence and prioritize trade-offs.
- Strong problem solving and collaboration.
