Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks an experienced product leader to manage the full lifecycle of an application family, from strategy to launch. You will align business stakeholders, drive roadmap decisions, and oversee a portfolio of 3-5 mature products annually.

Ideal candidates have 11+ years IT experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of cloud, DevOps, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher in a IT-related field and substantial IT experience.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience managing application portfolios and technology products supporting critical business capabilities.
• Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS) and DevOps/CI/CD tools.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with iterative, agile, and scrum development.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and prioritize trade-offs.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of an its product (application family), from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying requirements for current and future products. Leading ideation, technical development, and launch of new products. Establishing a shared vision with business unit stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and product execution. Managing application suite of 3-5 projects (stable mature products/applications) per year.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree and 7 years Information Technology experience OR 11 years Information Technology experience.
• 3 years management experience
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product strategies, roadmap development, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing application portfolios and technology products supporting critical business capabilities.
• Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS).
• Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Bamboo, jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).
• Experience in integration technologies and enterprise integration patterns (MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven architectures).
• Experience in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.
• Experience in knowledge of product-specific application architecture.
• Experience in solution architecture.
