Job summary

Exelixis is seeking a Staff IT Product Lead to drive enterprise platform products, enabling digital workplace productivity, collaboration, and content management. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions aligned with Exelixis' digital workplace vision.

You will guide agile delivery across cross-functional teams, translate user needs into stories, and ensure projects meet regulatory and quality standards while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 6 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years supporting enterprise-wide platforms.
• Minimum of 6+ years IT experience focused on digital workplace or product management.
• Proven experience leading product development teams in an agile/product-centric operating model.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and technologies (SaaS or cloud).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products within Enterprise Platforms.
• Gather user needs and translate into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering to support secure, scalable digital solutions.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and refine product specifications.
• Coordinate with external vendors to align with delivery timelines and operational needs.
