Job summary

Exelixis, Inc. seeks an Associate Principal IT Product Lead to drive a portfolio of digital applications, shaping strategy, and delivering user-centered solutions. You will partner with business and IT leaders to define roadmaps and mentor agile teams across drug discovery and commercialization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, regulatory compliance, and from-scratch architecture with secure scalable digital platforms. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in IT with digital applications leadership in life sciences
• 6+ years in a leadership role focused on digital apps or product management within life sciences
• Experience defining and delivering complex digital products with significant business value
• Regulatory compliance in a GxP environment and familiarity with HIPAA/GDPR

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a portfolio of digital products
• Lead agile product teams from ideation to launch with cross-functional partners
• Ensure security and compliance with enterprise standards and data governance
• Coordinate with vendors and drive user-centric design and adoption
