Job summary
Corteva Agriscience is seeking an IT Product Lead for Digital Marketing and eCommerce to define and execute the technology strategy that drives commercial growth, customer engagement, and demand generation. You will own the product roadmap, governance, and delivery for digital marketing platforms including Adobe Experience Manager and SAP Commerce Cloud.
The ideal candidate will translate complex business objectives into scalable technology solutions, partner with Commercial and Digital teams,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
- Experience defining outcomes, KPIs, OKRs and product roadmaps with stakeholders.
- Experience in digital marketing tech and customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT product lead for digital capabilities, including AEM and integrations.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Digital teams to identify technology solutions.
- Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and release activities.
- Gather business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor adoption and value realization of platforms.
- Ensure alignment with OKRs and enterprise standards.
