Job summary
Corteva Agriscience seeks an IT Product Lead for Digital Marketing and eCommerce to define and execute the technology strategy supporting commercial growth, customer engagement, and demand generation. You will partner with Commercial and Digital teams, owning roadmaps, governance, and delivery of platforms like AEM and SAP Commerce Cloud.
The ideal candidate will translate complex business objectives into scalable technology solutions for growers, retailers, distributors, and internal users,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Professional experience in digital marketing technology and enterprise product management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT product lead for digital capabilities including AEM sites, assets, and integrations for CRM, Analytics, ERP, legacy platforms.
- Prioritize digital product backlogs and roadmaps with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure solutions meet business outcomes.
- Monitor platform adoption and value realization.
