Tire Rack, Inc. is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist I to support the acquisition of IT products and services, ensuring cost control, quality, and compliance. The role collaborates with IT teams, project managers, accounting, and vendors to drive data-driven purchasing decisions.

Under supervision, you will assist with vendor contract negotiations, budget maintenance, and procurement reporting while growing your career in IT operations and procurement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist all phases of IT procurement from requisition to payment.
• Review vendor contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Evaluate pricing and SLAs to support cost-effective purchasing.
• Establish relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.
• Vet terms for software and service requests.
• Maintain IT procurement budget records in collaboration with Accounting.
• Forecast IT needs with project managers and stakeholders.
• Process and manage purchase orders for timely deliveries.
• Compile and maintain procurement reports and dashboards.
