Qualifications

• 2 Years of contract management experience.
• 2 Years of experience in Information Technology administrative support.
• 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office Software.
• Fundamental knowledge of Infrastructure concepts.
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team, independently, and multi‑task.

Responsibilities

• Interface with various levels of personnel and management.
• Prepare solicitations and administer contracts until completion.
• Support the management of documentation, vendor demos, and Q&A.
• Monitor all financial aspects of assigned contracts.
• Support day-to-day procurement operations within OIT.
• Ensure documentation accompanies contracts and maintain records.
• Communicate contract processes and details with employees.
• Maintain schedules/calendars for the Contract Office.
• Communicate to all levels of the organization.
