Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and maintain procurement documentation.
• Support the procurement of technology products and services per policies.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations for software, cloud, hardware, and telecom services; conduct supplier research.
• Coordinate with technology suppliers regarding pricing, order fulfillment, licensing, maintenance, and renewals.
• Monitor purchase order status and resolve routine procurement issues with suppliers and internal customers.
• Maintain procurement files and records to ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and regulations.
