TEKsystems in Westminster, CO is seeking an IT Procurement Associate to help plan and execute IT hardware/software purchases, coordinating with IT leadership, ISC, Engineering, and Finance to stay within budget. You will manage requisitions, renewals, and reporting across the procurement lifecycle.

The role requires collaboration across departments, strong MS Office skills, and experience with procurement tools like Coupa, Costpoint, OnBase, and IFS.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of related experience.
• Each higher-level degree may substitute for additional years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute IT transactional purchase requisitions.
• Strong computer knowledge and organizational skills, and must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
• Experience using Coupa, Costpoint, OnBase, IFS a plus.

• Collaborate with IT to execute purchase requisitions through approval of hardware and software as requested.
• Collaborate with IT and partner business unit to understand and execute IT procurements.
• Execute the responsibilities of this role by leveraging the company purchasing, invoicing, and accounting suite of tools.
• Work with finance and ISC to understand and plan IT procurements in relation to various budgets.
• Create purchase requisitions for annual software and hardware maintenance renewals in a timely manner.
• Track renewals and verify software still required.
• Provide up-to-date information to support project schedules and status.
• Assist in IT and organizational strategy execution using change management strategies.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Build effective working relationships within the department and company.
