Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst to support technology contracts and vendor-management activities during a significant organizational transition. The role spans the contract lifecycle and collaborates with Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Technology, project teams, and vendors.

You will coordinate drafting and review of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SLAs, and amendments, maintain contract data, and help improve processes with AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, procurement, vendor management, or related area.
• Experience with corporate or commercial contracts.
• Understanding of contract terms, legal principles, obligations, and risk.
• Experience supporting technology vendors or technology contracts.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of contracts and documentation.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or comparable tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and vendors.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools.

• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve contract intake, tracking, reporting, and communication.

A major media and technology organization is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst to support technology contracts and vendor-management activities during a significant organizational transition.

This role works across the contract lifecycle and partners closely with Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Technology, project teams, and vendors. The position combines contract administration, procurement, vendor lifecycle management, project coordination, documentation, and technology-enabled process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, drafting, review, tracking, and administration of technology and vendor agreements.
• Work with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SLAs, amendments, and related commercial documentation.
• Review contracts for completeness, accuracy, commercial terms, pricing, payment schedules, and potential risks.
• Maintain contract data, documentation, milestones, amendments, and vendor records.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, Sourcing, Procurement, and project stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Support vendor negotiations and help resolve contractual issues, deviations, and documentation gaps.
• Manage contract-related project activities using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve contract intake, tracking, reporting, document follow-up, and stakeholder communication.

Role Requirements

• Professional experience in contract administration, procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or a closely related area.
• Experience working with corporate or commercial contracts.
• Understanding of contract terminology, legal principles, contractual obligations, and risk.
• Experience supporting technology vendors or technology-related contracts.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and documentation accurately.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or comparable workflow/project tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Professional experience using AI-enabled productivity tools or strong demonstrated ability to learn them.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City five days per week.

• Paralegal or legal-operations experience.
• Experience supporting a corporate separation, divestiture, acquisition, or similar transformation.
