Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking an IT Process Lead for the Automation & Motion Control (AMC) segment to define and govern standardized processes across global manufacturing locations. This role will liaise with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and RBS to drive ERP governance, compliance and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will lead ERP implementations, establish performance metrics, and ensure regulatory requirements are met while influencing stakeholders across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, industrial engineering, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, manufacturing operations, business process improvement, or process ownership.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QAD or similar systems.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations and global business environments.
• Demonstrated success implementing standardized processes across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience utilizing data and KPIs to drive process improvements and business decisions.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern standardized business processes across the AMC Segment.
• Define, document, maintain, and continuously improve ERP and application-related process standards.
• Drive adoption of Model Plant standards and best practices across locations.
• Evaluate process deviations and partner with leaders to align with segment standards.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, procedures, work instructions, and governance frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical and system requirements.
• Serve as segment process owner during ERP implementations, upgrades and system enhancements.
• Validate standard processes and ensure consistent deployment across sites.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to develop ERP-aligned solutions.
• Support testing, validation, documentation and deployment of new technologies.
