The IT Problem Manager is responsible for Stifel's Problem Management practice. They will set direction for the practice and evangelize it across the organization. They will work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. They will also aid in implementing preventive measures and develop strategies to improve IT systems and processes, ultimately enhancing overall IT service quality and reliability.
