Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in IT, CS, business, finance or related field required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of broad project/portfolio management experience; low to medium complexity portfolios.
• 5+ years leading multiple initiatives; PMP certification preferred.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish; Spanish proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage a portfolio of projects with consolidated reporting.
• Participate in strategic planning and annual budgeting cycles.
• Align portfolio goals with IT budgets and organizational priorities.
• Define goals, staffing, schedules, risks, and budget requirements.
• Prepare executive level portfolio reports and presentations.
• Coordinate governance, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
