Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads development, management and optimization of portfolio, program and project management methodologies.
• Manages portfolio strategy and analysis deliverables and processes.
• Builds partnerships within IT and business units based on trust and transparency.
• Facilitates portfolio management processes for strategic alignment on technologies and goals.
• Develops and executes portfolio change control, risk management and communications strategy.
• Manages hiring and training of staff; conducts performance reviews; provides leadership and coaching.
• Shares knowledge to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices.
• Develops and communicates organizational objectives; motivates teams to achieve results.
• Performs other duties as assigned; complies with policies and standards.
