Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Manager of IT Portfolio Management to lead portfolio, program, and project management disciplines across IT and business units. You will drive alignment with strategic goals, govern investment funding, and coach staff toward Lean governance.

The role requires PMP certification, a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience (Master's preferred), and experience with tools like ServiceNow, Flexera and BDNA. This is a remote position with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience. (Master's degree preferred).
• PMP certification required; Workforce Planning and Governance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, management and optimization of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies.
• - Align portfolio with IT and business goals and facilitate governance processes.
• - Develop change control, risk management and communications strategies for the portfolio.
• - Hire, train and coach staff; conduct performance reviews and provide leadership.
• - Build partnerships across IT and business units to achieve objectives.
